This a pre-loved AC Zemaitis Custom Shop Skulls is a Custom Shop guitar masterbuilt.
It is a top-shelf guitar that features a seasoned Honduras mahogany body & neck with Ebony Fingerboard with a hand-rubbed lacquer finish & engravings and etchings done by long-term engraver Danny O’Brien. Anyone would be proud to add this guitar to their collection. Not only will you get an outstanding solidbody electric guitar but a fantastic piece of historical art.
Whilst at first glance it looks like a Les Paul the MF500 is a different beast altogether.
1. It's is smaller. It measures 17” from end to upper bout, 6.5” across the waist and 12” across the widest point.
2. It has a 25” scale length neck. (Longer than Gibson but shorter than Fender...some argue this is the perfect scale length).
3. It's lighter
4. It's got 24 frets
Another thing you'll notice playing this MF500 is that it’s still relatively light weight. There’s a similarity to a sixties Gibson slim taper which feels great in the hand, with excellent fret dressing. The neck has a nice, “played-in” feel. The shallow heel block gives great access past the octave, especially for such a narrow single-cut body.
The MF500 delivers a fat humbucker tone, but with more note-to-note definition than your regular Les Paul. The 25”, 24-fret neck adds a lot of the guitar’s bell-like qualities. If you want Les Paul-style tone the Skulls is happy to oblige simply by rolling back the Tone knobs.

You'll find that whilst this Skulls can rock out with the best of them, the clean tones are pristine with plenty of focus and articulation.
