Warwick's TeamBuilt Pro Series brings German engineering to the Corvette platform at a price that makes sense.
Built in Markneukirchen under master-builder supervision, this 4-string delivers the quality you'd expect from the name. The Swamp Ash body is the star — lighter and more resonant than Bubinga, with an open, airy character that shines on fingerstyle work and cuts clearly in the upper register. The Natural Transparent Satin finish lets the grain speak for itself, warm and visually striking. Neck and fretboard are pure Warwick: Ovangkol neck paired with Wenge fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets, and that fast, responsive feel players gravitate toward. The Just-A-Nut III and Warwick security locks handle setup and stability without fuss. MEC J/J pickups come in passive or active flavours.
Passive keeps things simple and direct; active adds a 2-band MEC preamp for sculpting your tone on the fly. Either way, you get clean articulation that works across jazz, funk, rock, and beyond. At 3.6 kg with a 34" scale and 38.5 mm nut width, it's comfortable and balanced. Chrome hardware, illuminated side dots, and Warwick Black Label strings round out the package.
