Litchfield C600 Cedar/Spruce Classical Guitar - Pre-Loved

Built and designed in Australia in the Brisbane workshop of Lance Litchfield. This is a remarkable and unique classical guitar the likes of which we certainly haven't seen before.

Materials used include;

• Western Red Cedar/Engelmann Spruce top 
• East Indian Rosewood back and sides 
• Brazilian mahogany neck 
• Ebony fingerboard 
• Tasmanian Blackwood/Victorian Ash bindings, headstock veneer 
• Silver Ash bridge, structural members 
• Balsa and carbon fibre composites. 

Tone woods were chosen in consultation with the customer to provide the best outcome for quality and sound. Other timbers used are largely local species and some exotic species used for their specific structural and aesthetic qualities. Carbon composites were integrated with top design and also to some extent the sides.

This guitar was a customised model to the player's specifications, separating treble and bass side responses in the top construction with Western Red Cedar plate on the bass side and Engelmann Spruce on the treble.  In keeping with this aesthetic, the rosette and headstock were also divided along the same axis.
