Gibson J-100 Xtra Jumbo Acoustic Guitar - Black Cherry - Pre-Loved

This is a pre-loved Gibson J-100 Xtra Jumbo Acoustic Guitar in excellent condition, finished in an unusual and striking Black Cherry.

Manufactured in Bozeman around the turn of the millennium, this instrument represents the streamlined sister to the legendary SJ-200, combining iconic aesthetics with impressive sonic capabilities.

Built with all-solid construction and premium tonewoods—fine-grained Sitka spruce top paired with flamed maple back and sides—the J-100 XTRA delivers the powerful, assertive tone Gibson's Jumbo models are renowned for. The hand-carved X-bracing provides exceptional dynamics and sustain, while the generous Super Jumbo body shape produces commanding bass, brilliant treble, and outstanding projection. Perfect for strumming, singer-songwriters, and live stage use, it performs virtually on par with the SJ-200 tonally.

The flamed maple neck offers excellent stability and playability, complemented by a rosewood fingerboard featuring mother-of-pearl crown inlays that echo classic Gibson heritage. A truly professional-grade instrument with character and proven reliability.
