Gibson 1969 SG Maestro Vibrola Standard - Walnut

Serial # 911961

Featuring a great playing one-piece neck, a large pickguard, "Witch Hat" knobs, double ring Kluson tuners, a Maestro Vibrola Tailpiece, nylon saddles, and a lovely walnut finish, this completely original 1968 Gibson SG maestro is a beautiful addition to our collection.

Considering its age, it's in decent condition and it's been set up and looked after well.

The trem arm isn't currently able to be attached as the attachment screw and washer are missing. 

It's got some wear and tear, particularly on the back where your right arm sits - there's a nice character building patch of worn down timber. 

We believe it's a 1969 as it has a small Volute which they began adding to guitars somtime in 1969, but it doesn't have a made in USA Stamp which they also didnt introduce until 1969. Which means the guitar was built after adding the volute but just ebfore adding the stamp in 1969.

Comes with its original hard shall case.
