Before the Telecaster and the short-lived Broadcaster, there was the Esquire: Fender's first production solid-body electric guitar. The original Esquire came out in 1950 and was produced with either one or two pickups, hence the 'double'. Jeff Beck played an Esquire during his time with the Yardbirds, Gilmour recorded extensively with his, and of course Springsteen has used one almost exclusively through his career.
This 2022 Custom Shop has been fitted with a Fat 50 Tele CC Control kit. Also includes original in case. Comes in a custom shop tweed case with case candy.
This is an amazing opportunity to grab a unique Custom Shop guitar for far below what it would cost these days!
