This is a example of incredible manufacturing of the American Fender factory. The neck is an extremely comfortable medium C shape and the guitar has had it's 21 frets refretted, making bending a dream. The body has a gloss natural finish, showing off the gorgeous ash grain underneath. The electronics are in perfect working order with the bottom tone control connected to the middle pickup and the top tone control connected to the neck pickup. The guitar sounds ridiculously good in all positions, with the maple really bringing out the spank and pop of the ash body.
A guitar of this quality is too good not to be played, and so there are some signs of wear. The body of the guitar has several cracks in the lacquer and there is a ding in the back of neck at around 9th fret, however it doesn't affect the playability of the neck. There are also a few dings around the top of the headstock. All of this considered, once you play the guitar you'll realise why the previous owner played it so much; IT ROCKS!
